Wedding Services
Our services range from hourly consultation to complete event design and everything in between. Reach out for additional information and we can work together to create your customized wedding package.
Final “Day Of” Planning
If you have done or plan on doing all or most of the detailed planning for your wedding but would like a professional to ensure a seamless event, Final Planning is for you. Four weeks prior to your wedding, we step in to finalize your event details with your vendors and create a detailed event timeline with diagrams for the event day. Prior to that, we are here for you to bounce off your ideas and give you advice along the way.
Package Highlights:
• Finalization of event details with vendors
• Detailed event timeline and diagrams
• 10 hours of wedding day management with up to two Coordinators
This package is not available for private estates and certain venues.
Partial Planning
Partial planning is best for clients who have a vision in mind and time to manage some of the planning, but want professional help with design and oversight of planning during the entire process.
Package Highlights:
• In-depth planning and design consultation and budget tracking
• Arrangement of guest room blocks and wedding day transportation
• 12 hours of Wedding Day Management including two Coordinators
Full-Service Design & Wedding Day Planning
If you dream of an amazing event but do not have the desire or time to attend meetings, review vendor options, review contracts and manage the details, Full-Service Design and Planning is for you. We take over from day one to act as the point person on your behalf.
Package Highlights:
• Venue and vendor booking and management
• Rehearsal dinner planning and coordination
• Complete Wedding Day Management including two or more Assistants
Destination Wedding Full-Service Planning
Turn your wedding into a destination weekend for you and your guests and let Summit Soiree handle all of the details! Includes complete Wedding Day Management with two Coordinators.
A La Carte Planning, Consultation & Custom Quotes
Not sure where to start? Book a phone or in-person consultation! We are happy to customize our packages to your needs.
• Phone consultations are $300 for up to two hours.
• Additional hours: $50 per hour for a maximum of six hours.
• Your consultation fee may be applied to one of our packages.
